$1,999 + GST*
This fixed fee includes:
initial consult/conversation with your team to discuss the personal grievance and your response to it;
drafting a formal written response to the personal grievance and providing it to the employee/ex-employee;
conversation to prepare your team for mediation; and
representing you at a half day mediation (which we will attend by Zoom unless the mediation is in Hamilton).
If the PG is resolved prior to mediation then the total fee charged will correlate to the time we have spent working on the matter should that equate to less than $1,999 + GST (i.e. the maximum you will be charged is $1,999 + GST, but for matters that are resolved promptly and without mediation you will be charged less).
