Standard Sale (one mortgage): $1,350 + GST ($1,552.50 incl GST)
🔁 Refinancing
Main bank lender: $1,500 + GST ($1,725 incl GST)
Non-bank lender: $1,750 + GST ($2,012.50 incl GST)
